Five Elements. There are five elements in Feng Shui. Earth. Metal. Wind. Water and Fire. When including and incorporating Feng Shui into your home (or workplace) you will want to balance these five elements.

Top Tips – How To Feng Shui Your Home.

We will have a much more detailed article about decorating and Feng Shui however, here you can find some of our top tips.

Plants. Look for soft and round (or rounder) leaves for your plants as they help to nourish the energy in your home. Don’t use fake plants, this isn’t recommended.

Colours. You can add elements of colours that align with the Bagua areas as they help to strengthen the energy.

Clutter and De-Clutter. The size and space matters. With excessive clutter, this can block the Chi and doesn’t allow the energy to flow.

Traffic Flow. The energy needs to flow throughout all spaces effortlessly to create harmony and balance. Doors, passages and halls should be kept open (apart from the bathroom door) to create an open route.

Broken Things. Anything broken needs to be removed or replaced.

Maximise Natural Light. Make use of natural lighting to enhance the energy and space. You can place mirrors in strategic places to reflect more light and ensure the energy flows.
